I asked staff if the pancakes contained eggs. They said no, then I placed the order and found out they did contain eggs. As I am a strict vegetarian, this was unacceptable.

Came on 16th Feb. It was busy inside and out. Food was overcooked and cold. Waited 25 mins for the food to come to us.
Came again on 17th, food was bit better, but still cold.

Delivery orders always missing item. I really don’t know how difficult it is to count to 5.
5 items on order, so you send 4. Who is checking this ? How can this happen 4 times out of5 deliveries.

Staff very rude unhelpful, cold food tastless, asked fir pepper given one asked again given one had to ask again that I like to have black pepper on my food and was refused. What's happening with this chain accept they want to cut costs but if you cannot supply what ybe customer wants why you operate as a restaurant. I am very dissappinyted with the service needless to say I not visit again

Very poor service. They do turn off the self check kiosks in late nights, and the staffs won't attend customers.
Food is okay like other McDonald's.

Food is okay, but the service is slow. Expect to wait longer than usual, even for a simple order. Not the best McDonald's experience.
